Support guidance

END USERS – If you are experiencing an issue with your Speakerbus product please contact your internal IT department or support organisation. They will have details of your maintenance support agreement and are best positioned to assist you.  Alternatively access our user guide section for guidance on the features of our devices.

Non contracted support

If you do not have a support contract you may initiate a support ticket with us by obtaining a onetime 4 hour support contract. The support and any subsequent associated charges are applicable at our standard regional engineering rates. Please note that we prioritise remediation to our contracted support customers and you may experience increased wait time when accessing non contracted support.

Best practise

Always call our Service Desk if you have an issue. Contacting other Speakerbus staff may delay your ticket being created and prevent the full details of the issue being obtained. We drive all dispatching prioritisation and escalation from our ticketing system.
