The iTurret supports all known types of private circuit with support for automatic and manual ringing circuits, open channel and virtual private circuits.

Creating the right work surface is extremely important for the end user. Being able to expand capacity of the physical device and create the right soft environment greatly improves productivity, accuracy and capability to deal with high load situations.
The iTurret supports multiple modular permutations through the addition of field installable side cars. You always require an iTurret main module (iD808) and you can add two of either expansion modules to a total of three.
Key Expansion Module - iE816
The iE816 key expansion module provides extra buttons, soft keys and twin colour displays.
Up to two iE816 expansion modules can be supported via a single iD808 turret. The additional modules are powered by the associated iD808 reducing the need for additional power supplies.
Speaker Expansion Module - iE801
Each iE801 adds eight extra speaker channels to the iTurret.
Additional features include; dedicated group keys; speaker muting functions and four pages of speaker channel assignment. iE801 also allows the user to map channels to the left / right or common across both speaker cones to provide spatial separation where required.
Up to two iE801 expansion modules can be supported via a single iD808 turret enabling support 24 speaker channels per iTurret.
Configurable User Experience
On the surface, the iTurret is a durable hard button endpoint; while under the tough exterior is a software defined, customisable soft key system.
Each User profile is backed up to the iManager database and can be activated on any iTurret by logging on at the device or by a System Administrator using the iManager Portal.
User profiles can by standardised by using templates and synchronising pages across user profiles.

The iTurret is certified with Avaya, Cisco and Mitel UC solutions to provide telephony direct to the line key. We also support the native voice mail applications of these vendors to further leverage your investment in the UC platform.
Where you have an alternative platform or perhaps a different strategy, we have iManager. A Speakerbus soft switch communications server that provides share line telephony services and intercom applications to our endpoints.
With its native SIP protocol implementation the iTurret excels at remote deployment and remote hosting for unified communications.
With the flexibility to define and manage the local and remote traffic profiles, remote deployment can be optimised for bandwidth, centralised call control and flexible termination of carrier services. During deployment and business as usual scenarios the iTurret supports remote diagnostics, configuration and upgrades.
