Speakerbus sells network business to FLEXeNET as partnership grows.

Speakerbus, a pioneer in collaborative voice management and mission critical unified communications, today announced the recent sale of its Network Services business to FLEXeNET for an undisclosed sum.

FLEXeNET’s sole focus is on providing the best trader voice network solution in the industry, with an extensive on-net community, and a comprehensive technical solution which will serve our network customers now and in the future. The sale of this subsidiary unit supports our strategy to focus on our core financial clients while embracing partnerships with Telco’s, Integrators and technology partners”.

Chris Rose CEO for FLEXeNET says “We are very excited to dramatically extend the FLEXeNET community to include the Speakerbus network users. This acquisition will enable FLEXeNET to offer services to over 150 new institutions, and will give the financial community broad access to the unique FLEXeNET self-provisioning portal and a true alternative in the trader voice market.”

FLEXeNET are now operating the network, new circuit requests, invoicing and infrastructure. FLEXeNET will be operating a NOC in New York to complement the existing FLEXeNET global NOC in their London facility.
