VPI’s Empower software has been enhanced to interoperate with Speakerbus’ iTurret dealerboard and speaker portfolio, offering financial institutions and command and control sectors the tools for compliant voice recording. Speakerbus’ multi-vendor approach to its Certified Technology Partnership Programme provides customers with the widest degree of choice in complementary solutions to integrate their Speakerbus portfolio of voice communications products. VPI’s technologies and services enjoy two decades of reputation for high customer satisfaction, received especially from highly demanding organisations from financial and energy trading industries. VPI’s Empower software receives collated voice call information from the iTurret through Speakerbus’ iManager Call Detail Service, which concentrates and shares numerous call information streams. The combined technology securely integrates communication processes and recording – enhanced by the capture of expanded telephony data for improved searches and reports – to help trading floors more effectively comply with regulations, resolve disputes and manage quality.
