The integration between VPI EMPOWER call recorder and Speakerbus’ iTurret dealerboard has been tested and certified by Speakerbus’ Technology Partner Program technical team and officially accepted as certified for use with Speakerbus’ iTurret solutions.
During active call recording interaction, iTurrets pass audio to VPI EMPOWER in a live stream. iTurrets can be configured for a single-stream or dual audio forking for redundant recording. Speakerbus’ iCDS server sends recording start and stop events and passes data to the VPI database. Rendezvous between the data from iCDS and audio from iTurrets is automated in the VPI EMPOWER database.
