Speakerbus Technology proudly announces the release of QORUS Enterprise 11.

Enterprise 11 introduces significant advancements to the QORUS platform, aligning with our commitment to drive our vision of cloud transformation.

This blog showcases the latest features and updates designed to enhance the performance and capabilities of Speakerbus products, thereby improving our solution stack to meet the needs of clients and third parties.

Desktop Assistant

The Desktop Assistant demonstrates the capabilities of our Computer Telephony Interface (CTI) API, which simplifies your workflow with tighter integration between desktop and your Speakerbus devices.

This application is available on request from your Speakerbus Representative. Desktop Assistant’s features include:

  • Make and answer calls directly from your PC.
  • Sign in with Speakerbus or Active Directory credentials.
  • Click to dial from Web Pages and other applications.
  • Notification options for incoming calls with answer capability:
    • Microsoft® Windows® ‘Toast’.
    • Speakerbus notification.
  • Call History (Current & Archive) – Logs intercom, dial tone and voice services call types.

UX Enhancements

AYRE/ARIA

Enterprise 11 includes multiple endpoint enhancements driven by customer feedback and requests. These updates are designed to enhance the user experience and provide additional value to our AYRE / ARIA product portfolio.

  • Support for Microsoft Entra ID for single sign-on (SSO) authentication for ARIA Platform and AYRE (requires compatible iCMS software).
  • Added Spanish language support (requires compatible iCB software).

Platform Enhancements

The following updates improve the stability, robustness and functionality of our platform.

iG330

  • Support for alternative SIP trunk destination in TDM/SIP gateway mode (SB-7591).
  • Web page session expiry countdown timer added to iG330 web pages (SB-7979).
  • Added ‘Delete channel’ to iG330 SIP/TDM configuration web page (SB-8148).
  • Allow ‘+’, ‘*’ and ‘#’ for dial strings on the iG330 SIP/TDM configuration web page (SB-8150).
  • TLS protocol used for the iG330 web pages configuration added to the iG330 ‘Network Settings’ web page (SB-8187).

iCS

  • SIP Trunk ARDs extended to multiple SIP Trunks including continuous ringing and forking (SB-6634).
  • External Voice Service connections are now controlled by iCS External Connections licence (SB-7792).
  • Bypass media is now configurable allowing media to always be routed via the iCS (SB-7963).
  • Control added to allow conferences to stay up with only two members.

iCMS

  • Support for Microsoft Entra ID for single sign-on (SSO) authentication when using the Seating Assistant web application, ARIA Platform and AYRE (requires compatible iWS software).
  • Support for encrypted SQL Server connections.
  • Support for AYRE Deskstations and filtering in the Seating Assistant web application.
  • Support multiple SIP trunks for ARD voice services (must only be configured if iCS software is version 3.420 or later).
  • Introduction of iCS External Connections licence for iCS servers.
  • Configuration of Label text for PBX SIP trunks.
  • Configuration of Bypass Media option for RTP Media & SIP call server policy.
    Additional Turret display language: Spanish (requires compatible iWS and iCB software).
  • Show ARIA web client IP address in iManager.
  • Added iG330 Resource Usage to Hardware Summary report.
  • Added user’s Intercom Dial Number, and Additional Info One and Two to Voice Service Provisioning report.
  • iCMS web API enhancements:
    • User Policies: assign to user.
    • Account Mappings: read, create, update, delete.
    • Active Directory Domains: read.
    • Reports: read.
    • Support for ARIA Platform, AYRE, CTI and Third-Party Seating clients.
  • Support for Microsoft Windows Server 2025.

iWS

  • Migrated iCMS API connection from the iCMS Integration Server to the iCMS Web API.
  • Added access to the on-board engineering pages from a menu item in the AYRE UI.
  • Improved access token handling to use best-attempts to keep authenticated with the iCMS API.
  • Host messaging latency monitoring added to the Health Status.
  • Added Microsoft Windows Server 2025 support.

iD808/iDUCX

  • Improvements to the message handling when responding to a group talk start or stop message from the ARIA/AYRE UI (SB-7719).
  • Process options in the “groupTalk” message to activate/deactivate the group talk performance changes in the SC (SB-7824).
  • Copy sequence number in “keepAlive” message when responding to keepAlive message (SB-7821).
  • Respond to “cmsReconnection” in the “requestInfo” message with a “cmsReconnection” message (SB-7685).
  • List the voice recording streams' port number in the recording status (SB-7410).

iCB

  • ‘Last updated’ reported on the ‘List packages’ web page for both the iCB package list and the iDUCX package list (SB-7408).
  • Improvements to the message handling when responding to a group talk start or stop message from the ARIA/AYRE UI (SB-7719).
  • Process options in the “groupTalk” message to activate/deactivate the group talk performance changes in the SC (SB-7824).
  • Copy sequence number in “keepAlive” message when responding to “keepAlive” message (SB-7821).
  • Respond to “cmsReconnection” in the “requestInfo” message with a “cmsReconnection” message (SB-7685).
  • Spanish Language Support (SB-6889).
  • List voice recording streams port number in recording status (SB-7410).
  • DSCP and TTL settings added to configuration message sent to iD924 (SB-7289).

iCDS

  • Support for Microsoft Windows Server 2025.

Security Enhancements

The following provides security enhancements for our platform.

iG330/iG334

  • Allow the use of TLSv1.3 and ability to disable earlier versions of TLS (SB-8086).
  • Enforce Strict Transport Security on the iG330 web pages (SB-8192).

iCB

  • User account locked on iCB web page after too many failed login attempts (SB-7475).
  • Hide password when using iCB/CM SFTP commands (SB-7351/SB-7309).
  • Block iCB from allowing browser autofill (SB-7423).
  • Store passwords in /etc/shadow on the iDUCX using SHA512 (SB-7209, SB-7213).
  • Remove deprecated SSH Cryptographic Settings on iDUCX (SB-7377).
  • Block ICMP timestamp requests on the iDUCX (SB-7406).

iD808/iDUCX

  • Hide password when using CM SFTP commands (SB-7309).
