Graduate Systems Engineer (x2) | UK, London
As a member of our Regional Operations Team for EMEA, the Systems Engineer will perform the installation, commissioning, testing and ongoing maintenance and support of all Speakerbus supplied systems effectively and efficiently, meeting both the clients and company’s satisfaction.
With the support of a thorough training programme, you will be expected to provide Speakerbus customers with a first-class service in relation to any maintenance and support agreements.
Product Director | UK, Waltham Cross
Speakerbus Technology Ltd, an innovator and challenger to the voice fintech incumbents seeks to appoint a Product Director. The successful candidate will expand the product team to increase product management and marketing capacity. The product will be developed in conjunction with the Strategic Marketing and Sales staff in Speakerbus for the world’s leading banks, brokers and funds. A key element of the role is to build on past success in diversification projects and to define and execute a strategy to bring new products to new markets based upon the core technologies and intellectual property of Speakerbus. The ability to sell vision, concepts and pitch product is essential to the role while a consummate ability to travel and present virtually are key to success. The candidate must develop a good understanding of the target segments and fundamental understanding of communications technology will be essential.
Development Director | UK, Waltham Cross
Speakerbus Technology Ltd, a market-leading innovator of voice technology components for the world’s finance markets seek to appoint a Development Director that can lead and oversee the technical and development strategy for our next-generation physical and virtual communication systems.
The successful candidate will lead a development team of 23 staff, predominantly based in SE England UK with remote team members in France and India. Possessing a wide grasp of modern electronic, software and low-latency firmware technologies the candidate will also need to guide Speakerbus through a plethora of intellectual property, security and compliance challenges as the business solutions will be deployed in most of the world’s leading banks and banking locations. The ability to travel and develop a good understanding of the global wholesale finance markets and other target segments will be essential.
Production Manager | UK, Waltham Cross
As the leader of the Manufacturing Team, you are in overall control of product delivery and performance, from the inception of the order through to the product being received by the end-user.
You will be responsible for the smooth introduction of new products into the manufacturing process ensuring they conform to design for manufacture guidelines. Full attention must be given to cost efficiency and stock levels as well as ensuring the master production schedule is set out to meet expected customer demand. You will also have full control over budget and purchasing, whilst making sure product quality is not prejudiced.
Software Team Lead (.NET) | UK, Waltham Cross
We are seeking a .NET Team Lead to join our highly collaborative team, to deliver high quality and precise technical solutions within our Waltham Cross office while managing a team of local and remote developers. The successful .NET Team Lead will build strategic voice communication software platforms for a customer base of over 50000 users in 60 countries, with the opportunity to work with wider technologies and drive future technical stacks with their extensive knowledge. To develop commercial quality software within a team in project-based development, maintenance and support of application and server software for Speakerbus designed systems. Working closely with Software Architects within an Agile environment to proactively contribute to improving current and future software.
