Graduate Systems Engineer |  UK, London

We are looking for either a fresh graduate or a graduate with 1-2 years relevant work experience.  You will perform the installation, commissioning, testing and ongoing maintenance and support of all Speakerbus supplied systems, providing first class customer service to our clients. 

You must have a degree (or equivalent) in networking/electronics/computer science/or related subject. 

Office Manager | UK, London

This role will be responsible for the maintenance of the Company’s office facilities in London and to provide administrative support to the Client Services function.

Account Manager | UK, London

The Account Manager will maintain and grow existing customer accounts to ensure that current and future needs and requirements are met.  They will enhance the Speakerbus brand working within the Global Speakerbus Sales Team and will use their experience, contacts and knowledge to help the Company to refine and improve process, procedures and objectives.

Systems Architect | UK, London

Speakerbus Solutions is the sales, operations and support arm of the Speakerbus Group of Companies. With offices spanning the world Speakerbus are a leading designer of real-time and voice products for the global wholesale finance industry. With headquarters in the UK and having three main operating bases; City of London, Waltham Cross in Hertfordshire and Maidenhead in Berkshire Speakerbus are looking to fill a strategic role: that of Systems Architect.

The Systems Architect will lead and inspire the Company’s cloud and hosting ambitions and help take the delivery of real time voice trading to the next level. They will bring extensive technical expertise around IP networking, Linux and MS Windows experience plus the integration of various disparate technologies that can be melded into an overall turnkey experience. The successful candidate will accelerate Speakerbus Solution’s growth and automation, delivering robust architecture and increasing functional quality whilst working closely with product marketing and technical support staff.

Key responsibilities will include providing technical expertise and leadership for the design, implementation and support of Speakerbus EMEA’s cloud and hosting infrastructure. The role will also include providing third line expertise and troubleshooting on networking, operating system, database, security and collaboration installations.

Technical Specialist | UK, Waltham Cross

The Technical Specialist provides advice, training and support via the Speakerbus Technical Assistance Centre (TAC) in our Head Office.  This involves providing a first-class service to our customers; Supporting Speakerbus Engineering teams pre and post-sales to provide technical support; Undertaking third-party product and interoperability testing; Working as part of a team on the TAC Helpdesk, an essential customer service function to Speakerbus staff, partners and some end user organisations; Contributing to product refinement, bug fix and enhancement.

Support Analyst (x2) | UK, Waltham Cross

The Support Analyst provides advice, training and support via the Speakerbus Technical Assistance Centre (TAC) in our Head Office. This involves working as part of a team on the TAC Helpdesk, an essential customer service function to Speakerbus staff, partners and some end user organisations; Creating new training materials and product information; Providing webinars and classroom training; Contributing to product refinement, bug fix and enhancement.

Validation Engineer | UK, Waltham Cross

The Validation Team plays a vital role in the progression of the business as it undertakes the performance and capacity engineering of all new solutions and the validation of designs and product variations. This means being involved with design acceptability and performance testing in line with authorised configurations or product combinations.

As a Validation Engineer, the primary function will be to execute product validation testing to ensure Speakerbus solutions meet design specifications.  This is a crucial role assisting the Validation team in ensuring that solutions and systems are designed and delivered to meet the customers’ known requirements. 

Software Development Manager | UK, Waltham Cross

Speakerbus Technology is the technology, product and manufacturing arm of the Speakerbus Group of Companies. With offices spanning the world Speakerbus are a leading designer of real-time and voice products for the global wholesale finance industry. With headquarters in the UK and having three main operating bases; City of London, Waltham Cross in Hertfordshire and Maidenhead in Berkshire Speakerbus are looking to fill a strategic role: that of Software Development Manager.

The Software Development Manager will lead and inspire the Company’s software development teams and help take the provision of real time voice trading to the next level. They will bring extensive software development and management experience to accelerate the department’s growth and automation, delivering robust solutions and increasing software quality whilst working closely with product marketing and technical support staff.

Key responsibilities will include providing active Scrum Master and Agile leadership in software development and auditing and protecting the Speakerbus source code, repositories and intellectual property. Speakerbus technology currently have around 15 developers working in 3 separate teams.

Regional Sales Manager | US, New York

The Regional Sales Manager will provide focus on revenue growth by way of acquiring whole new named accounts and new business streams within the US region. Key responsibilities include achieving agreed new business revenue targets in the US region; supporting the Operations Department by increasing global pipeline opportunities; supporting marketing strategies, messaging and branding. Applicants must have a proven successful sales record in telecoms/networks industry.

Technical Specialist | KL, Malaysia

The Technical Specialist is responsible for carrying out the maintenance, installation and commissioning of all systems and solutions supplied by Speakerbus, effectively and efficiently, to both customer and company’s satisfaction. They will provide assistance to our Sales Team with system design and demonstrations.
