Technical Specialist | UK, Waltham Cross

The Technical Specialist provides advice, training and support via the Speakerbus Technical Assistance Centre (TAC) in our Head Office.  This involves providing a first-class service to our customers; Supporting Speakerbus Engineering teams pre and post-sales to provide technical support; Undertaking third-party product and interoperability testing; Working as part of a team on the TAC Helpdesk, an essential customer service function to Speakerbus staff, partners and some end user organisations; Contributing to product refinement, bug fix and enhancement.

Support Analyst | UK, Waltham Cross

The Support Analyst provides advice, training and support via the Speakerbus Technical Assistance Centre (TAC) in our Head Office. This involves working as part of a team on the TAC Helpdesk, an essential customer service function to Speakerbus staff, partners and some end user organisations; Creating new training materials and product information; Providing webinars and classroom training; Contributing to product refinement, bug fix and enhancement.

Validation Engineer | UK, Waltham Cross

The Validation Team plays a vital role in the progression of the business as it undertakes the performance and capacity engineering of all new solutions and the validation of designs and product variations. This means being involved with design acceptability and performance testing in line with authorised configurations or product combinations.

As a Validation Engineer, the primary function will be to execute product validation testing to ensure Speakerbus solutions meet design specifications.  This is a crucial role assisting the Validation team in ensuring that solutions and systems are designed and delivered to meet the customers’ known requirements. 

Graduate R&D Technician | UK, Waltham Cross

This role will provide support to the Mechanical Design Manager and Electronics Design Engineer.  To include all aspects relating to new and existing hardware designs, both electrically and mechanically to ensure timely introduction of new products and on-going support of existing products.

Technical Specialist | US, New York

The Technical Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of technical services within Speakerbus Solutions.

Key responsibilities include: Providing a first-class service to our customers; supporting the Engineering team to ensure issues and problems are resolved in a timely manner; working closely with Sales to provide pre-sales solution engineering support; involvement within the design/development community, offering insight and practical advice for new products and technologies; and undertaking third-party product and interoperability testing.

Technical Specialist | KL, Malaysia

The Technical Specialist is responsible for carrying out the maintenance, installation and commissioning of all systems and solutions supplied by Speakerbus, effectively and efficiently, to both customer and company’s satisfaction. They will provide assistance to our Sales Team with system design and demonstrations.
