Executive profiles

Gwen Ventris has extensive experience in leading and managing business change, gained through working in highly turbulent, technology-disruptive sectors. Formerly Chief Operating Officer, Global Enterprise Director and Plc Board Executive of AEA Group, a VP with Sprint in the US setting up and leading their Enterprise Mobility business, and prior to this a founding director of BT’s Systems and Consulting business, Syntegra, growing the business to £1B revenue and serving customers in 22 countries. Gwen started her career in the American multi-national, Texas Instruments in Semiconductors and Consumer Product Sales. Gwen holds a Masters in Strategy and Business Change.

Andy is a founder of Speakerbus. Having graduated from City University, with a BSc Hons in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Andy joined the Telecoms industry for a few years before joining forces with colleagues and setting up Speakerbus. Andy’s passion for technology and connectivity in particular has driven his insight into the marketplace and his desire to build a global business which supports its clients’ productivity, effectiveness and competitive advantage.

Charles is a commercial technologist with expertise in hardware and software technologies in the Financial Services communications space. He is a graduate of the University of Sussex – School of Engineering and Applied Sciences and joined Speakerbus in 1994.

Andrew is a graduate of Electronic Engineering and has significant experience in various electronics industry verticals, particularly around design and manufacture. Andrew joined Speakerbus in 1998 and is currently responsible for all areas of operational management within our design and manufacturing centre, as well as IT and leadership of our key innovation project – TRADECOM.

Nicole is an experienced global client service, sales and business executive with deep specialisms in the trader voice sector. She holds a degree from St John’s University and joined Speakerbus in 2006. Nicole is responsible for Strategic Sales particularly in the US and works with our global team to ensure a seamless approach to our clients.

David joined Speakerbus in 2001 as Operations Manager following 14 years working in a number of high profile investment banks.  David is currently responsible for Speakerbus Account Management & Sales teams within the EMEA region.  He has considerable knowledge of IT, the telecommunications sector, banking and general business.  David is passionate about delivering exceptional client services and creating strong long term relationships within Speakerbus’ global user community.
